Your account credentials are delivered within minutes to hours, depending on the product. You'll receive:
Every product on this site is a cloud provider account, supplied with sign in credentials and whatever the tier you choose specifies: console or portal access, a preloaded credit balance where the plan includes one, and the regions listed on that product page. Nothing beyond what the page states is bundled or implied.
The catalogue covers the three hyperscalers – AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud – alongside the developer and European providers that are usually cheaper for straightforward workloads: DigitalOcean, Hetzner, Linode, OVHcloud, UpCloud and Atlantic.Net. Oracle Cloud and IBM Cloud cover the enterprise outsiders, and Google Workspace covers business email rather than infrastructure.
Most buyers regret the tier rather than the provider. Two things decide it, and neither is obvious from a pricing page:
If you are still choosing between platforms, the comparisons are the fastest route in: AWS vs Azure, AWS vs Google Cloud and Hetzner vs DigitalOcean each cover a decision people genuinely face.
Check the customer agreement for the provider you are buying for, because each one sets its own rules on account ownership and transfer: the AWS Customer Agreement and the Google Cloud Platform Terms of Service are representative. The FAQ covers delivery times, what arrives with the account and how quotas are handled, and you can ask us about a specific workload before you commit. The full range is on the cloud services page.
Buying or selling an account is not in itself unlawful in most jurisdictions, but that is a separate question from whether a given provider permits it. Every major provider sets its own rules on account ownership and transfer in its customer agreement, those rules differ between providers, and they change over time.
Read the customer agreement for the provider you are buying for and satisfy yourself that the arrangement suits your use case before you order. If anything is unclear, ask us first and we will tell you what the account is and how it was set up.
Sign in credentials for the account, plus whatever the tier you selected specifies: console or portal access, any preloaded credit balance, and the region availability listed on that product page.
The cloud services page lists every provider we currently carry, and each product page sets out what that particular tier includes.
Delivery times vary by product:
The estimate for a specific tier is shown on its product page. If an order is going to take longer than quoted, we tell you rather than let it run over quietly.
Yes, subject to the same constraints any account carries. Service quotas start at the provider default and are raised by request rather than by spending more, so if your workload needs a high vCPU count or a particular instance family on day one, check the limits before you commit.
How AWS vCPU quotas work explains the mechanics, and the same principle applies at every provider.
